About

It Was Always There

As a little girl, I loved sitting with a sketchbook, drawing vases of flowers and the ocean. I didn't dream of being an artist. I simply felt at peace with a pencil in my hand.

Creativity lived in our home. In the 1970s, my mom, Sandy, painted delicate daisies and peaches on a hutch my dad built for her by hand. She never called herself an artist. She was simply creating beauty in the middle of everyday life.

My Aunt Billie May painted breathtaking oil landscapes in Alaska while raising eleven children. I didn't fully understand the depth of her talent until years later when I finally saw her work in person. It moved me deeply.

Looking back, I see it now.

Art runs in my family.

And I believe the desire to create is a gift placed within us — one that waits patiently until we are ready to receive it.

The Spark

In 2020, during a women's conference held over Zoom, I followed along with a Painting With A Twist instructor. Each of us ordered a small kit and painted from home.

It seemed simple.

But something awakened.

That first painting still sits in my office window — a quiet reminder of the moment I picked up a brush again and began honoring a gift I believe God had placed in me long ago.

Legacy and Calling

Today, the very hutch my father built and my mother painted now stands in my studio. It holds my brushes, paints, and growing body of work.

That feels significant.

I paint with deep gratitude — for the women who created before me, for the life experiences that shaped me, and for God who gives beauty, color, and inspiration in the first place.

My work often reflects movement, depth, and light — sunrises, layered landscapes, organic flow. Themes of hope, renewal, and quiet strength naturally find their way onto my canvas.

Fluidity Art Lounge

Where Creativity Meets Tranquility

Fluidity Art Lounge was born from the belief that creativity and peace belong together.

In a world that often feels rushed and loud, my art is an invitation to slow down. To breathe. To reflect. To reconnect.

Each piece is created intentionally and cataloged thoughtfully as part of a growing collection. What began as curiosity has become commitment — not just to painting, but to building something meaningful and lasting.

I continue to grow this body of work while working full-time, creating commissioned pieces, and expanding a brand rooted in beauty, integrity, and faith.

For me, art is more than expression.

It is stewardship of a gift.

And this journey is still unfolding.
