Overview By visiting or purchasing from fluidityartlounge.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

All Sales Final All sales are final. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of original artwork, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review all product details carefully before purchasing.

Commission Agreements Commission projects are governed by the terms agreed upon at the time of deposit. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin any commission. The remaining balance is due upon completion and prior to delivery. Fluidity Art Lounge reserves the right to decline any commission request.

Intellectual Property All artwork created by Fluidity Art Lounge LLC remains the intellectual property of the artist unless a full rights transfer is explicitly agreed upon in writing. Purchase of a piece grants ownership of the physical work only — not reproduction, commercial, or licensing rights.

Shipping & Delivery We take great care in packaging all artwork. Once a package is handed to the carrier, Fluidity Art Lounge is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the shipping carrier. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, with photographic evidence.

Limitation of Liability Fluidity Art Lounge LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of any product.
