Refund policy

All Sales Final All purchases from Fluidity Art Lounge are final sale. As each piece is a one-of-a-kind original work of art, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Commission Deposits & Cancellations Custom commission projects require a non-refundable 50% deposit prior to the start of your project. You may cancel your commission within 3 days of placing your deposit for a full refund of that deposit. Cancellations requested after 3 days are non-refundable.

Commission Revisions Revisions are limited to two (2) per commission and apply to canvas size(s), color palette, and technique only. Revision requests outside of these parameters or beyond the two-revision limit may be subject to additional fees.
