Obsidian Drift

Obsidian Drift is an original 11"x14" acrylic painting on canvas. Built on a black base, purples mixed with touches of white and silver were angled and blown out using a Floetrol and water medium — sending deep, rippling waves of color drifting across the surface like midnight waters in motion. The result is a piece that feels both still and alive, as if shadows themselves are flowing through it.

Each original is initialed and dated on the front lower right, and numbered in Roman numerals on the back upper left for authenticity.
